When you give a kid a mic, apparently anything can happen. WNEP reporter Sofia Ojeda found that out. She asked the adorable Noah Ritter about his experience on a ride at the Wayne County Fair and he apparently told her everything.
The 5 year old’s go to word is…….. you guessed it APPARENTLY.
Apparently I have never been on live television before says Noah.
Apparently Noah Rocks!
Child star Regina King has come a long way from her 227 days. The established actress can now add director to her body of work. King will direct the 16th episode of Scandal. This will not be Kings first round at directing, she has also directed episodes for Southland.
King will also appear on The Big Bang Theory to redeem her role as Janine Davis. That’s not all, Regina will also be apart of the new John Ridley drama American Crime. The new drama is about a racially charged trial that affects many people. King’s will play a religious woman who has come to help her brother navigate through this trial.
Well whoever said there aren’t any jobs in Hollywood clearly was mistaken. Congrats Regina!
We will always know him as a Cosby kid, although he is obviously a grown man. Malcolm Jamal Warner is still at it, he will join the final season of Sons of Anarchy. Malcom is going to play a guy named Sticky, who happens to be apart of the Grim Bastards.
Sons of Anarchy will premiere on September 9th.
Fun Fact: Malcolm recently did an interview with Access Hollywood Live and revealed that he had a crush on his cast mate Lisa Bonet. She played his sister Denise.
As a child I would run to the TV when hearing the words “Butterfly in the sky. I can go twice as high. Take a look . it in a book. A Reading Rainbow.” I just knew that I was going to hear an exciting new story, read by Levar Burton. Everytime Levar would come on the screen my grandma would say “That’s that boy from Roots.” Grandma was so informative, lol.
Well Reading Rainbow blessed our TV screens for 21 seasons. They won 26 Emmy Awards and 1 Peabody Award. Production stopped in 2006. PBS aired re-runs until 2009. Thanks to our former President Bush and his No Child Left Behind Act, there was no budget for children television shows. Reading Rainbow was seen as a luxury not a necessity. Reading Rainbow opened my eyes and made me want to go to the library. I wanted every book I saw on that show, and I got.
After the cancelling of Reading Rainbow Levar Burton bought the rights to the show. He has since created the Reading Rainbow App. Now he is on a quest to bring revive the show as a web series Reading Rainbow 2.0. Levar started a Kickstarter campaign to raise $1 million. As an incentive if you donate to this cause , you can receive a Reading Rainbow tote, a meet and greet with Mr. Burton or a chance to wear Burton’s visor from his character Geordi on Star Trek.
I checked out the status of the campaign, they have raised $662,433 so far.
Help bring Reading Rainbow back. Please
UPDATE: LEVAR HAS RAISED $1 MILLION IN JUST ONE DAY. READING RAINBOW 2.0 IS NOW GOING TO HAPPEN.
Remember this adorable young lady Gracie. She was in the Cheerio’s commercial that caused so much controversy allegedly. The commercial wasn’t controversial at all. Some viewers were the controversial ones. If anybody has a problem in this day and age with an interracial couple, you need to get a life. You have way to much time on your hands to worry about who is loving who. GROW UP!!!
Anyway, I saw this adorable picture of Gracie with her parents, her real parents. I thought I would share it.
